Dark Chocolate Melts Faster Than White Chocolate
Materials Required
* A piece of dark chocolate
* A piece of milk chocolate
* Sunny weather
* Paper plates
Method:
  • Take the piece of dark chocolate and piece of milk chocolate and place them in on separate paper plates and keep them out in the sun. 
  • Compare the time taken by each chocolate to melt. 
What is Learnt
Dark chocolate melts faster than the milk chocolate because dark colors absorb more sunlight
and heat.
In addition, the amount of cocoa butter and sugar influences duration to melt, dark chocolate contains lesser cocoa butter and sugar than milk chocolate.
Conclusion
The dark chocolate melts faster than the milk chocolate.
