How I Learnt To Produce Heat To Warm My Body

* Hands and Legs, * Cold winter day.

Method
|
- On a cold winter day put your cold hands/legs together and rub them together slowly at first and then start rubbing them fast.
- Continue doing this with other parts of your cold body also. Try crossing your arms and rubbing your hands up and down the tops of your arms really fast.
- Observe how you feel – good and comfortable or still cold.

|
Cold hands and legs can be made warm by rubbing them together.
Rubbing things together produces friction, which causes heat and warmth.
