How I Learnt To Produce Heat To Warm My Body

Materials Required
* Hands and Legs, * Cold winter day.
  • On a cold winter day put your cold hands/legs together and rub them together slowly at first and then start rubbing them fast.
  • Continue doing this with other parts of your cold body also. Try crossing your arms and rubbing your hands up and down the tops of your arms really fast.
  • Observe how you feel – good and comfortable or still cold.
What is Learnt
Cold hands and legs can be made warm by rubbing them together. Rubbing things together produces friction, which causes heat and warmth.
Your cold hands and legs get warm and you feel brisk and comfortable.
