How To Give Your Pedal Car A Weekly Car Wash (Summer Activity)
Materials Required
* Children’s Riding Cars
* Sponges for cleaning
* Washing liquid to wash car
* Shallow dishes to keep washing liquids
* Pails Of Water
Method
  • Give each child a sponge, washing liquid in shallow dishes and their pail of water.
  • Ask the children to first clean their cars with liquid soap, sponge and water. 
  • Teach and encourage them to clean well by showing them places that are left out. 
  • Ask the kids to thoroughly wash the car finishing with rinsing with a pail of water.
  • Encourage children to share things as they car clean. 


How Does It Help
* The child learn all about dignity of labor and independence in doing daily tasks.
* Encourages him/her to keep ones other toys clean also.
* Children learn important lessons of sharing and cooperation in the play way method.
