Kids Science Activities

Ice and salt

Take 2 ice cubes, and some salt

Ask the children to join the 2 ice cubes.

Give some pressure to both the ice cubes.

Hold it for some time

Then you can see the ice cubes joined together.

Explain this is due to the the reduction of the air space between the two cubes and hence the water in between freezes and make the ice cubes combine together
