Magic Egg
Materials Required
  • A Sink
  • Paper Towels
  • White Vinegar
  • A Hard-Boiled Egg
  • A transparent Glass Jar with a Lid

How to do it

  • Place the hard-boiled egg in the glass jar.
  • Slowly pour in the vinegar until the egg is completely covered with it.
  • Close the jar tightly.
  • Leave this for minimum of a week.
  • After a week, drain the vinegar from the jar.
  • Dry the egg with a paper towel.
  • Ask your child to touch and feel the egg.

Explanation

The vinegar which is a acid dissolves the eggshell and leaves you with a rubbery egg. Now the egg is like a bouncy ball.
