* A glass of water that is 3/4th full.
* White paper
* A sunny day

Method:
|
- Hold the glass of water above the paper near a window or part of the house that has good sunlight.
- Make sure the sunlight passes through the glass of water and falls on the paper.
- Observe and see a wonderful thing happening.

What is Learnt
|
* When light passes from one media (air) into another media(water), it separates and gives the
colors; red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet.
The same rainbow is witnessed in water fountain, in the mist of a waterfall and rainbows in the sky.

Conclusion

The rainbow colors; red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo and violet are seen.
