Materials Required

* Small rubber ball
* Flat table top surface
* Medium size wide mouth jar

Method
|
- Place the ball on top of the table and invert the jar over the ball so that the ball is inside.
- Start spinning the jar in a circular motion on the table.
- Once the ball starts spinning inside the jar lift it and from the table top and observe what happens to the ball.

What is Learnt
|
|
The ball remains spinning in the jar because the jar forces the ball to stay within its walls however when the ball loses its speed the gravity pulls the ball to the ground and it falls out to the ground.
|
|
Conclusion
|
|
The ball continues to spin till it loses speed and falls from the jar.
